Being independent from any recordkeeper, product or fund company, allows us to be completely objective in plan design, service and compliance related issues. Always doing what is in the “best interest” of our clients is essential to maintaining a healthy plan and client relationship. Our fee structure is totally separate from any service provider or fund company with no sharing of excess revenue or referral fees.
Our firm specializes in providing a plan design that meets the needs of, while preserving, the culture of our clients. Education is a cornerstone of the ongoing advisor-participant relationship which includes group and one on one engagement, risk tolerance assessments, and financial wellness topics that are specifically designed to demographic, lifestyle and retirement goal setting.

Founder & Chairman
Tom is founder and chairman of Case Pearlman and serves both our retirement plan and insurance related clients. Tom brings a high level of industry expertise to the plan design functionality for our retirement plan clients through his Professional Plan Consultant® (PPC®) designation. Tom is a Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Roundtable within the insurance and securities industry and a Top of The Table member for the past 13 years. A graduate of Wake forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Tom is a former Captain and All American Golfer for his college. Tom is Married to Lynda Case and has two children.
Dennis M. Pearlman
Dennis is President of, and partner in, Case Pearlman Retirement Plan Advisors, LLC. Dennis oversees the core business of retirement benefits and plan design for the firm and is a national speaker on topics relating to the retirement plan industry. Serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for the firm, Dennis has oversite responsibilities for the CEFEX Certification process and regulatory related items. A graduate from the University of South Florida with a Finance and Accounting degree, Dennis and his wife Kay have three children.
Kimberly A. Anderson
A Case Pearlman employee since 2006 and current partner, Kimberly’s main focus is in the coordinating of our retirement plan relationships and insurance related clients and products for the firm. Kimberly manages the Case Life Solutions client engagements and provides continuous updating and service level interactions. Having over 25 years of experience with clients within the member services industry, where her main responsibilities were to community associations, private clubs and hotels. Kim’s aspiration of creating “raving fans” in service excellence is evidenced every day. Kim is married to Tom (Anderson) and has two children.
Lynda C. Case
President of Case Life Solutions
Lynda is the President of Case Life Solutions and specializes in finding “best in industry” products for both personal and business insurance solutions. Frequently quarterbacking a team approach to protection planning, Lynda often coordinates a client’s CPA, estate planning attorney, banker and property casualty relationships. Lynda is a Florida Atlantic University graduate and former professional golfer, she is married to Tom Case.
James O. Lee
Jim is responsible for client education systems and serves as a Licensed Investment Advisor and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) to our clients. After a 25 + year career as a Procter & Gamble Executive prior to becoming an Investment Advisor, Jim has become well suited to assisting retirement plan participants with educational opportunities relating to goal establishment, risk assessment and general participant level guidance. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science. Jim and his wife Terry have one son.
Gary A. Fitzer
Investment Advisor Representative
Gary has been a licensed securities representative for over 30 years and serves our clients as the Plan Transition Specialist for the firm. Gary also oversees the CMAA National 401(k) plan responsible for client education and engagement. As a Professional Pan consultant® (PPC®)Gary plays an integral role within the Case Pearlman Investment Committee and client plan design functions. Gary attended Purdue University and earned credits towards a degree in Agricultural Economics. Gary has two daughters.
As a rising Senior at Jacksonville University, Carson who is studying Psychology and Marketing, is scheduled to join the firm upon graduation.
